Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, please reach out to us.

Cancellations

Orders begin production shortly after they are placed. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
